Valrhona to the Gremi de Pastisseria in Barcelona

During the demonstration, which was held as part of the Salon Expo Nadal '09, several new products were introduced to the many people who took advantage of the opportunity to find out more about Valrhona, including Etnao, and our Caramélia and Macaé couvertures.
The “Best Spanish Croissant” competition also took place during the exhibition, and was won by our partner Albert Badia.
