Valrhona at the Broodway trade fair in Belgium

This exhibition, which is held every three years, is a gathering place for pastry-making and baking professionals. Valrhona presented its latest product innovations at its stand. New at Broodway 2009: Chocoprof, an interactive platform dedicated to chocolate, with contributions from chocolate professionals. One of these professionals, Alain Chartier, represented the brand by offering demonstrations and giving speeches.
