Partners Convention, 14 & 15 June 2009

Discovering, exchanging ideas, meeting other people, gathering information – these are all unique moments that make our Carré Partenaire loyalty club special.
Since 2004, new Partners have enjoyed the privilege of coming to Tain-l’Hermitage for two exceptional A la Découverte du Grand Chocolat Valrhona days. The most recent edition of this event dates back to 2006.
This year, a festive and cultural experience was specially designed for our new partners.
On 14 & 15 June 2009, they let themselves be guided through the various activities that were organized: visit of chocolate factories, journey to the heart of plantations and discovery of cocoas with our sourcer Pierre Costet, bean selection process & sensorial analysis at Valrhona, initiation to tasting & knowledge of Grands Crus with Vanessa Lemoine, Sensorial Analysis manager, immersion in Valrhona’s various services with a visit of the Ecole du Grand Chocolat and meeting with the training team, and much more.
After two exceptional days, our customers departed with utmost satisfaction, full of smells, images and ideas for their stores! But they were most importantly convinced of their choice!
