The tasting qualification round for Italy, last country competing for the International Plated Desserts C3 Contest organised by Valrhona has taken place at l'Ecole du Grand Chocolat in Tain l'Hermitage on May,the 19th.
Mr Fabrizio CROCETTA from the Restaurant ILIASSI to Senigallia in Italy was selected by the jury to compete in the second international final of the C3 Contest on January 2010 with his recipe « Cioccolato, Caramello, Caffe', Liquirizia ».
