On 23rd March, Valrhona’s Ecole du Grand Chocolat invited Christophe Michalak to hold a “Gourmet Pastry Making” workshop. For 3 days, and true to his reputation, the Head Pastry Chef of the Plaza Athénée Hotel surprised and fascinated his trainees, by unveiling an exquisite selection of small cakes from his new collection. He also presented more classical sweet delights, such as his tiramisu or his indulgent chocolate mousse... revamped “Michalak” style. This brilliant inspirer succeeded once again in captivating his audience and in creating a highly convivial and cordial atmosphere at the Valrhona Ecole.
