GastroNord exhibition, Stockholm 2010

The GastroNord exhibition for hotel and catering professionals, held in Stockholm (Sweden), opened on April 20th this year, with a theme embracing Trends and Traditions.
Many restaurant chefs attended the exhibition to find out about the latest products available from exhibitors, giving Valrhona an opportunity to meet them and introduce our latest lines, particularly our couvertures and branded products.
The 2010 GastroNord fair ended on April 23rd, after four full days of exhibition in the Swedish capital, and having attracted considerably more visitors than in 2008.
