... 25 exceptional talents, celebrating international gastronomy in the amphitheatre devoted to savoury delicacies. The Valrhona amphitheatre, incomparable newcomer to this 2010 edition, was the stage for 20 pastry chefs to unveil their inspirational “sweet” delights and to share their savoir-faire. Their mouth-watering demonstrations enthused festival visitors who congregated to the 250-seat amphitheatre throughout these two remarkable days.
