Valrhona attends Italy’s SIGEP

Valrhona will be meeting its pastry-chef, chocolatier and ice-cream clients at the 2010 SIGEP exhibition being held in Rimini, Italy. At the show you will be able to find out all about our new products and try some recipes created by the Ecole du Grand Chocolat in collaboration with Gianluca Fusto. Ice-cream is also on the menu of course, with some brand new flavours developed by Francesco Palmieri.
